This website is run by Carers in Bedfordshire, the charity that delivers Carers in Luton. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, and we have designed and built it with accessibility in mind from the outset.

How accessible this website is
We believe this website is substantially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. We are aware that some parts are not yet fully accessible:
- a small number of PDF documents in the Policies and Guides sections may not be fully tagged for screen readers — we plan to replace or re-tag these as they come up for review
- some embedded videos rely on YouTube's automatic captions rather than human-checked captions
- the Turn2Us Benefits Calculator is embedded from a third party (Turn2Us) and we cannot control its internal accessibility, though Turn2Us aim for the same WCAG 2.2 AA standard
