Online Peer Support Group

Our Online Peer Support Group is a very friendly, informal and supportive group that meets on Zoom on the first Wednesday of each month, 7.15pm to 8.15pm.

We talk about recent events, share what's happening in our caring roles, and we often finish off the session with a very informal quiz. It's a chance to unwind, hear how other carers are getting on, and know you're not alone.
