Where can I find products?

Many of the devices can be found online through mainstream retailers. Some products however, can only be found through specific providers. There are some websites that can offer specific advice and information such as:   

• Living Made Easy 
• Independent Living  
• Using Assistive and Accessible Technology 

• RiDC (Research Institute for Disabled Consumers). 

Paying for equipment

If you think you would benefit from any of this equipment but cannot afford the cost, then you would need to ask for a Needs Assessment from the local authority.
